Nissan Vietnam Boosts Customer Service Activities
Nissan Vietnam’s immediate priority is to bring the highest satisfaction to its customers. In order to motivate dealers to improve their customer service performance, Nissan Vietnam had intensify its customer service activities and had organized an annual competition among Nissan’s authorized 3S Dealerships. With synchronize mindset throughout the Nissan Dealership the dealers have committed to maintain a professional image, provide excellent sales and aftersales service in order to bring the highest satisfaction and safety driving experience to customers.

In order to achieve the target objective, Nissan Vietnam implemented standard operation processes as well as improving customer-oriented mindset throughout the 3S dealership system. At the same time, the company constantly organizes product training activities, soft skills development and advanced training for all the service technicians. All the training courses had attracted enthusiastic participation of 100% dealer staff. In addition, the frequent participation and lectures of foreign experts also helps to inspire and increase efficiency for such training programs from Nissan Vietnam.

Following the training at dealers on service processes, facilities improvement and service attitude, frequent assessment are carried out in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality service experience to customers.
