Nissan dealer incentive program – Quarter II/2018

Hanoi, 18/10/2018, Nissan Vietnam organized nationwide dealer meeting to appraise dealers’ attempt in achieving highest service result in Quarter II/2018.

Customer satisfaction plays a priority role in Nissan Vietnam’s business development strategy. As a result, in addition to customer appreciation programs which are held frequently, Nissan Vietnam also introduced internal incentive program for Nissan 3S authorized dealers nationwide.

It is mandatory for all Nissan service staff to take part in standardized training courses and get qualified certificate before working at Nissan dealers. Furthermore, during working process, they are still challenged and evaluated based on strict conditions of Nissan dealer Incentive programs. Therefore, all service staff are motivated to improve themselves both in terms of knowledge and skills in order to satisfy increasingly high demand from customers.

During national meeting with Nissan dealers in Quarter II/2018, Nissan Vietnam summarized results and gave appraisal to dealers with special effort in conducting service activities and achieving great service results.
