-The second dealer in the Southern area of Vietnam -
HANOI (December, 1st 2010) – Nissan Vietnam Co. Ltd. (NVL) today announces an official opening ceremony of new dealer in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. Nissan Bien Hoa is the second authorized dealer of NVL in the Southern area of Vietnam and this is the forth 3S dealer of NVL to date.
As well as other dealers of NVL which was opened before, Nissan Bien Hoa is a Nissan’s global-standard 3S dealer (including Sales, Service and Spare Parts) which is located at No.3, Ward 1, Hanoi Highway, Long Binh district, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. Nissan Bien Hoa is fully owned by Duc Phat Loc B.N.V Co., Ltd. and it covers an area of 4100 square meters with total investment capital is more than 78 billion VND. This dealership is equipped with 10 service working-bays, 3 state of the art paint shops, and several advanced diagnostics equipment imported from Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., Japan (NML). Besides, Nissan Bien Hoa has a large hospitality area equipped with comfortable sofas, refreshment counters, newspapers and computers with high-speed internet connection for customers who come to visit showroom or while servicing their vehicles. The dealership has an exclusive play area to cater for the kids.
Nissan Bien Hoa has more than 50 professional technicians who have undergone technical courses at training centres of NVL and Nissan Motor Limited, Japan (NML) to understand thoroughly about technical service procedure and vehicle’s parts and components as well. The technicians also trained from technical knowledge to customer communication skill by experts from NVL and NML.
