Job Purpose Summary
Be responsible for development and marketing of Infinity Brand; coordinating all Sales related business between Nissan Vietnam and dealers throughout Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Involve in identifying potential candidates for setting up of dealership.
- Make reports and proposals to management for dealership selection after inspecting proposed showroom sites and interviewing the potential candidates
- Responsible for annual business plan for Infinity Sales, and preparation of this.
- Preparation of mid- and long-term sales volume planning.
- Responsible for sales growth in respective Product Line/Country.
- Ensuring that the dealer’s order and delivery process runs smoothly;
- Support Marketing with positioning of “Retail price and margin”.
- Ensuring that the yearly sales standards are kept to or exceeded.
- Assist in developing Dealers sales team and performance.
- Work with NSSW dept to prepare and implement product and sales training to sales team.
- Interaction with all departments in our organization for smooth flow of work.
- Clear understanding of own strengths and weaknesses related to the current position, and ensuring that a plan is in place to overcome the weaknesses.
- Other ad hoc assignments and projects.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
- Male - Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience in the Automotive industry or other branded goods. Sale experience with high-end car or high-end brands shall be a plus.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
