Job Purpose Summary
To be window person for communication between Nissan Vietnam and dealers for sales activity, sales result report. Create and provide sales tool to dealer, support new dealer for opening. Make reports for Sales, Marketing and Spare Parts departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with dealer management and salesperson to update sales activity situation.
- Update daily sales activity report for sales volume, stock, showroom traffic and test drive...
- Responsible for making sales tool to dealer such as S-DOM procedure, bank and insurance;
- Develop and manage dealer incentive scheme;
- Manage fleet sales, special sales policy follow – up with dealers: prepare scheme; correspondence, payment settlement, etc.;
- Responsible for Sales Department General Affair works;
- Prepare Document and issue Delivery orders & invoices for Spare parts Department and update spare parts lists;
- Assist commercial director in preparing meeting reports and materials.
- To support dealers in promotion campaigns (answering questions from dealers regarding the promotions).
- To control and check the payment documents from Dealers for promotion campaigns.
- To process payments to Dealers for Marketing promotion campaigns.
- To process payments to dealers and agencies of Branding and Marketing team.
- To categorize & store payment documents, contracts… of Branding and Marketing team.
- Other adhoc assignments and projects.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
- 24-30 years old.
- Good command at English.
- Computer skill (MS office).
- At least 2 years experience in the Automotive industry.
- Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Mobile and flexible to travel.
- Drives continuous improvement.
